This place was a good match for strolling in Byron Bay with excellent value for money. The jumping pillow was a hit with the kids, keeping them entertained for hours! Look for any special deals on cabins to save more.

It was beautiful, new-fashioned and for 4 bunks. The facilities were fantastic. The location was awesome, close enough to a tennis court and basketball hoop, a great cafe right outside-bonus and the closest beach.
The hotel needed renovation.

Planned to see Byron Bay major attractions and it was welcome base for visiting all of them. The setting of hotel was great, close to everything. We loved the breakfast.

We enjoyed the fact that the vilage is near a beautiful beach and within walking distance to a small group of shops where we could make purchases from a supermarket. the grounds of the village are quite extensive and a pleasure to walk around.
Thwe very small television provided and the fact that it is positione so high above a refidgerator as it was a strain on the neck to watch it. In this day and age they should provide a better telvision to watch.

Very nicely landscaped grounds.Staff were friendly. Secure site with exit and entry codes. Chalet had everything we needed for our one night stay. We were pleasantly surprised.
The site was very dark at night, good for watching stars but not so good if you haven't got a torch.

The staff was great and nice!
Appreciated climate control, multi-channel television and a microwave in the room. The beds were soft and the view to the lake was particularly good.

It was close enought to the main strips of Byron, and far enough to be peaceful and quiet.
The staff was a bit rude...a smile would be more welcoming.

I did not like it at all. It was not worth the price, and when I checked in they gave me a key to a room that was in the process of being cleaned...

Although not directly connected to the beachfront, it was just a short drive the these facilities and also to the centre of town for us to go walking and do a bit of shopping.
The only complaint we would have was when the cabin next to us was suddenly taken over by about 20 fellows who arrived late on our last day and were drinking and talking (and swearing) very loudly. Fortunately this didnt go into the evening.

The kids couldn't get enough of the water park and jumping pillow, and we enjoyed the outdoor pool and BBQ areas for some nice family gatherings. Only downside was a few cooking utensils could've been more complete, but it didn't spoil our stay 😊

We enjoyed our stay with Bryon Bay Tourist Village, however we had to leave a day early for a family emergency and I thought it unfair that I was not refunded my already paid fee. I was given a night to be used within six months but I feel that a refund would have been more appropriate in this delicate situation.
